Your Role as an Account Manager:
You’ll be the heartbeat of our agency—building strong, lasting customer relationships while delivering expert insurance advice tailored to their needs. You’ll proactively introduce products and services that make a real difference for our customers. Collaboration with your teammates ensures smooth, efficient operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and nurture customer relationships that drive loyalty and growth.
- Offer personalized, expert recommendations.
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Use your insurance knowledge to confidently explain and sell policies.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals with a results-driven mindset.
Who You Are:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English—your language skills help us serve a diverse community (required).
- Licensed (or working toward licensing) in Texas for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (preferred).
- Experience in insurance sales or account management is a plus!
- A natural leader and relationship-builder with positive energy.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to exceed targets.
- Excited to work in a collaborative, in-office environment.
